I can finally look at my computer scene for a bit longer without getting a headache. Stomach Ulcer is no fun, seriously, it does hurt. My friend, 22, has been taking great care of me. He wouldn't leave me alone unless he knows someone he can trust is at home with me.
Morning Go-Go Banana Smoothie
2 Bananas
1 Tbs Peanut Butter (crunchy or smooth, personal reference)
1 Cup (250 mL) Milk
Blend it up for 30 seconds, Wah-Lah! Bon Appetite!
The doctor suggested me to try peanut butter; rich in protein, easy to digest and serve and it goes well with a lot of snacks. I would like to use crunchy peanut butter, to give the smoothie more texture. But I am using smooth peanut butter now, because the digestion process cause me a lot of pain. I have been drinking this for the past two days as a snack. I think this smoothie recipe is quick and great for ulcer patients, breakfast, or anyone who need a mid-day boost of energy.
